Reverse osmosis (RO) is a water purification process that uses a partially permeable membrane to remove ions, unwanted molecules and larger particles from drinking water. The system main equipment are silica sand filter, active carbon filter, sodium ion exchanger, hollow fiber, RO( reverse osmosis), UV sterilizer, precision filter, ozone generator, water tank etc.

Filter Introduction:

4. Sodium Ion Exchanger

Filter Introduction:

Sodium Ion exchanger we also called softener, that soften theory is exchanging NA++ of resin itself of Ca++ Mg++ of water resource with ion to make water resource soften and become soft water. Sodium Ion exchanger is including refreshing device and pump etc.

 

5. Chemical Dosing Device

 

Introduction:

It can control the water PH and anti scale adding. So it can prolong the machine using time. In addition, it can even control the water flavor.

This is a injection system which will inject chlorine proportionally to the water flow. It is fully electronic and adjustable.

6. Micron Filter

Introduction:

It can ensure that granularity of the water into reverse osmosis is less than 0.5um / 0.1um.

 

7. Reverse Osmosis

Control cabinet with transducer:

8. High Pressure
